About the Role
As a Project Management Officer at TK Elevator, you will support the Program Director and senior PMs with operational analysis, PMO tasks, and coordination across key workstreams in the TKE–ALAT Joint Venture setup. This role is essential for ensuring successful project execution and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support operational, organizational, and process-related analyses for the JV build-up.
  • Assist in preparing PMO reporting, dashboards, timelines, and stakeholder updates.
  • Structure and prepare PowerPoint presentations including storylines, clarity, and visuals.
  • Track workstream progress, risks, and dependencies together with senior PMs.
  • Conduct research, benchmarking, and operational assessments to support decision-making.

Required Skills
  • Hard Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel for data analysis, and PowerPoint for story development.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, high drive, curiosity, business acumen, and a willingness to learn about the elevator industry.

  • Reporting: Providing periodic reports to management on project progress, challenges, and solutions.

  • Problem Solving: Dealing with any operational or technical obstacles during project execution and proposing effective solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience
