Project Operations Lead

About the Role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Operations Lead to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the operational execution of projects, ensuring delivery objectives are met on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The position focuses on project planning, resource management, performance tracking, and operational excellence across the project portfolio, acting as a bridge between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to drive efficiency, governance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project operations to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project performance, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
• Establish and enforce project governance, processes, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track key project metrics and provide regular status reports to management.
• Optimize operational workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Support project managers with planning, execution, and change management activities.
• Manage resource utilization and capacity planning across multiple projects.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained accurately and consistently.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency.
• Facilitate project review meetings, lessons learned sessions, and operational audits.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in project operations or a similar field. The role requires a strong understanding of project management principles and operational execution.
