About the Role
As a Public Relations Manager, you will report directly to the Public Relations Director. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing an integrated public relations strategy that aligns with the resort’s vision and guest experiences.
• Building and nurturing relationships with media contacts, journalists, and influencers across travel, lifestyle, and luxury sectors.
• Managing all PR activities including media pitches, press releases, story placements, and press visits.
• Overseeing content in regional publications and digital platforms.
• Collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams to promote new offerings.
• Monitoring media coverage and preparing performance reports.
• Handling crisis communications and sensitive communication issues in accordance with brand guidelines.

What You Bring
To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in PR or media relations, specifically in luxury hospitality or tourism.
• A strong network of media contacts in Saudi Arabia and globally.
• Excellent storytelling capabilities and communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Experience in organizing media events and influencer activations.
• Creative thinking and adaptability in messaging for diverse audiences.
