Join Laverne Group as a Procurement Specialist!
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Procurement Specialist for our fragrance and essential oils division. In this role, you will play a critical part in sourcing and managing raw materials essential for our perfume production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and assess the company’s needs for fragrance oils, essential oils, and related raw materials.
  • Conduct research on local and international suppliers specializing in fragrance materials.
  • Request and evaluate samples, collaborating with the lab or product development team for quality assessment.
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contract conditions with suppliers.
  • Analyze quotations to ensure the best cost, quality, and reliability.
  • Manage procurement contracts and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Coordinate import procedures and oversee customs clearance.
  • Monitor inventory to prevent shortages.
  • Stay updated on market trends and prepare performance reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in fragrance or cosmetic raw materials.
  • Strong knowledge of essential oils and fragrance evaluation standards.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement systems and ERP software.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

- Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
