About the Role:
The Purchasing Clerk will be responsible for purchasing depot requirements for various internal departments such as workshop, office, canteen, and villa. This role requires verifying the quality and quantity of received products and managing documentation associated with purchasing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect daily depot requirements and source needed items.
  • Negotiate prices and obtain supplier quotations.
  • Manage purchase documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Procure spare parts, kitchen utensils, and building materials.
  • Verify GRN, quality, and quantity with stock controllers.
  • Update SAP records daily.
  • Coordinate with management and suppliers to ensure timely supply.
  • Build supplier relationships to minimize costs while maintaining quality.

Requirements:
  • High School Certificate.
  • Diploma in a related field (preferred).
  • 0–1 year of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in English.
