About the Role:
Join Red Sea Global as a Purchasing Representative, where you will play a crucial role within the Procurement team, assisting across multiple projects at various stages of the procurement process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and manage tender documentation processes for appointment of suppliers and service providers.
  • Assist in vendor registration and pre-qualification.
  • Help prepare and review Expression of Interest (EoI) lists and submissions.
  • Manage tender queries and clarifications, including tender opening and meetings.
  • Support in tracking procurement activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with suppliers committed to quality services.
  • Ensure compliance with approved procurement processes and corporate values.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Preferably degree educated in Engineering, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience is acceptable.
  • Up to 3 years' experience in FM, Operations, or Construction in a procurement role.
  • Spoken Arabic is an advantage but not essential.

Skills:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using eSourcing tools and platforms.
  • Effective analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • Desirable: HACCP trained.

Experience: Minimum of 35 years in a similar role.

Skills:
  • Arabic and English speaking.
  • Strong negotiation skills are desirable.
