Join Our Team as a Quality Control (QC) Technician!
At Avient Corporation, we are dedicated to innovation and quality. We are looking for a QC Technician who will play a crucial role in ensuring that our finished products meet or exceed customer specifications and established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and non-routine testing of finished goods.
  • Evaluate test results and recommend adjustments to ensure product conformity.
  • Document and investigate any nonconformities or product failures.
  • Maintain accurate quality control records and manage control samples.
  • Conduct internal calibration and routine checks of laboratory equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with 6S practices within the laboratory.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
  • 0–1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the polymer or plastics industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good command of English for effective communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
