Join Extendicare as a Casual Receptionist
At Extendicare, we are committed to making a difference in the lives of our residents every day. As a Casual Receptionist, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and providing excellent service to our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate person or service.
  • Collaborate with the Operation Manager to plan, organize, support, and supervise the activities of the business office.
  • Monitor workflow for the quality of service in the absence of the Operation Manager.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collection.
  • Assist the Scheduling and Attendance Coordinator in maintaining work schedules and tracking employee attendance.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures regarding quality assurance and safety.
  • Maintain records and prepare reports for the Operation Manager as needed, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Handle billing inquiries from residents or families and prepare bank deposits.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
