At Alsoliman Real Estate, a leading company in the real estate development sector, we are seeking a professional, courteous, and well-presented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and partners. You will play a key role in enhancing the company’s image by delivering an exceptional front-desk experience that reflects our values and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting bookings.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and administrative documents.
  • Provide daily administrative support to the management team.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Assist with logistical support during events and meetings.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Preferably 1+ year of experience in reception or customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Professional appearance and ability to interact with diverse personalities.
  • Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office applications.
