Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Receptionist to join our team on-site in Riyadh. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to the clinic staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Maintain organized client records and files
  • Support clinic staff with administrative tasks
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming

Qualifications
  • Saudi Nationality
  • High-school or Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic & English fluency required)
  • Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
