We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to become a crucial part of our team in Riyadh. As a receptionist, your primary role will involve welcoming visitors and ensuring a smooth front-desk experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors, students, and parents professionally.
  • Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Manage daily attendance logs and appointment schedules.
  • Assist with student registration and basic administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing documents and deliveries.

Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, scheduling tools).
  • Customer-service oriented mindset.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Previous experience in front desk, customer service, or administration is preferred.
  • Saudi nationality is a must.
  • Availability to work the 1 PM – 9 PM shift.

Knowledge And Skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to understanding guests' needs.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Good level of reading, writing, and spoken English.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Spa Booking Software and the Opera system.
