We are seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to greet clients and visitors, manage front desk operations, and ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
Direct clients to the appropriate departments (Claims, Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
Follow up with clients to ensure they receive the required service.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving them efficiently or escalating as necessary.
Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the relevant departments.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with various departments.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Enter basic customer data when required.

Qualifications:

High school diploma minimum (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Strong communication skills.
Basic English skills required.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to solve problems efficiently.
Basic computer skills.
