Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a senior recruitment role.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and interview techniques.
Experience managing a recruitment team.
Proficient with ATS and HR software.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the Saudi market is preferred.
Professional HR certification is a plus.
Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
