Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive recruitment strategies and processes that align with organizational hiring needs.
  • Oversee the entire end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to define staffing requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, and direct headhunting, to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Lead and mentor the recruitment team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments for senior and critical roles to ensure high selection standards.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify improvement areas and report progress to senior management.
  • Champion a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Stay informed on recruitment trends and best practices.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar senior role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and interview techniques.
  • Experience managing and developing a recruitment team.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach.
  • Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is desirable.
  • Professional HR certification (*, CIPD, SHRM) is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic preferred.
