Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive recruitment strategies and processes that align with organizational hiring needs.
- Oversee the entire end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to define staffing requirements and candidate profiles.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, and direct headhunting, to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Conduct interviews and assessments for senior and critical roles to ensure high selection standards.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify improvement areas and report progress to senior management.
- Champion a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Stay informed on recruitment trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar senior role.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and interview techniques.
- Experience managing and developing a recruitment team.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach.
- Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is desirable.
- Professional HR certification (*, CIPD, SHRM) is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Arabic preferred.
