Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Manager at RLB, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce that contributes to our success. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will lead recruitment efforts, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent to support our expanding operations in the Kingdom. This role demands a strategic approach, effective collaboration, and a deep understanding of the construction consultancy industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Recruitment Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with RLB's business objectives, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-caliber professionals.
  • Talent Acquisition: Source, identify, and attract top talent in the construction and consultancy domain, utilizing innovative methods and industry networks.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs, align recruitment strategies, and build strong working relationships.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and evaluations to ensure the selection of candidates who not only meet job requirements but also align with RLB's values and culture.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to the enhancement of RLB's employer brand by promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture through various channels.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide insights that inform recruitment strategies.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to local labor laws and RLB's internal policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency enhancement, and the implementation of best practices in recruitment.

Person Specification:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager in the Construction or Consultancy industry.
  • Ability to inspire team success and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabian labor laws and recruitment practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional networks.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in the use of recruitment tools and technology.
