Role Overview:
The Recruitment Manager oversees the end-to-end hiring process for Red Palace, ensuring a seamless talent acquisition experience that aligns with the Group’s luxury service standards. Responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, managing sourcing pipelines, and maintaining strong partnerships with external agencies and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Lead recruitment efforts across all hotel departments, ensure timely hires, and partner with department heads for workforce needs.
  • Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Utilize various sourcing channels to attract top talent and manage talent pools for key positions.
  • Interviewing & Selection: Oversee the interview process, conduct competency-based interviews, and train hiring managers on selection practices.
  • Onboarding & Pre-Employment: Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding plans to ensure new hires are integrated successfully.
  • Employer Branding & Partnerships: Represent the hotel at career fairs and collaborate with marketing to promote Red Palace as an employer of choice.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, including 2 years in a managerial role within luxury hospitality.
  • Proven success in high-volume and specialized recruitment.
  • Excellent interviewing and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is highly desirable.
  • Strong network in hospitality talent markets.
