We at Al Majed For Oud are looking for a regional sales manager to drive sales and increase market share in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

As a regional sales manager, you will be responsible for enhancing sales and increasing market share for the products and services. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to develop effective strategies to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing regional sales strategies to achieve set objectives.
  • Managing and guiding the sales team to ensure effective performance.
  • Analyzing market and competitive data to identify new opportunities.
  • Building strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
  • Providing regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Organizing and coordinating promotional events to increase brand awareness.
  • Training and developing sales team members to enhance their skills.
  • Collaborating with other departments such as marketing and operations to improve overall performance.
  • Identifying and assessing potential market risks and developing plans to mitigate them.

Requirements:
