Join our team as a Housing Supervisor at National Medical Care!
As a leading healthcare provider in Saudi Arabia, National Medical Care is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered medical services. We are looking for a proactive and responsible Housing Supervisor to manage our housing facilities and ensure their maintenance and cleanliness.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain records and documents related to housing units assigned to each occupant.
• Inspect vacated accommodations and arrange necessary cleaning and maintenance.
• Evaluate departing occupant's room before signing clearance for exit.
• Provide initial shelter supplies to new staff eligible for housing.
• Process housing transfer requests and coordinate with housing assistants.
• Arrange cleaning services and manage pest control contractor access.
• Perform additional duties as required within the scope of expertise.

Reporting: You will report to the Manager of Housing & Transportation and supervise Housing Assistants.

Qualifications:
A minimum of:

• High School Graduate or Equivalent, with preference for College Education.
• At least three years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in computer systems.
• Honest and responsible with confidentiality.
