The Role of Project Risk Manager

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Risk Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, strategic position designed for a professional with 5-10 years of specialized experience in risk management, particularly within the real estate sector and project management environment. The role involves conducting comprehensive risk assessments across real estate portfolios, development projects, and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies aligned with project requirements and timelines.
• Prepare detailed risk reports and documentation for stakeholder review and board presentations.
• Establish and maintain risk management frameworks, controls, and procedures to minimize organizational exposure.
• Conduct risk workshops, training, and awareness programs to promote a risk-conscious culture throughout the organization.
• Review contracts and agreements to identify potential risks and recommend protective measures.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in risk management, with a substantial focus on the real estate sector and project risk.
• Proven expertise in risk assessment, analysis, and mitigation strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and risk modeling techniques.
• Demonstrated experience with risk management software and analytical tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
