About the Role

Olo is seeking ambitious individuals to join their team as Sales/BD Interns in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This internship offers an opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute in an innovative work environment. You will be part of the Olo ecosystem, contributing to the growth of Hailaman, an AI-powered recruitment platform aiming to revolutionize hiring processes by automating screening and analysis, enabling HR teams to make faster, more accurate decisions. This opportunity provides a unique chance to gain practical experience in B2B sales by working directly with companies and clients. You will play an active role in identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and contributing to product growth through your direct efforts.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Identify and research target companies within sectors such as FinTech, SaaS, and E-commerce.
  • Engage with key decision-makers, including HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Specialists, and CEOs.
  • Present the Hailaman platform in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Schedule product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they align with Hailaman's offerings.
  • Maintain and accurately update customer data within the CRM system.
  • Continuously refine outreach strategies based on performance data and achieved results.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a genuine willingness to experiment and learn.
  • Clear interest in sales or business development.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (*, Notion) and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn is a plus.

Required Skills

  • Communication and Persuasion: Ability to initiate conversations, capture attention, and effectively convert them into scheduled meetings.
  • Professional Communication Writing: Skill in crafting clear, concise, and effective emails and LinkedIn messages that drive engagement and response.
  • Prospecting: Ability to identify target companies and successfully reach out to the right decision-makers.
  • Qualification: Capacity to assess and quickly identify high-potential leads.
  • Relationship Management and Follow-up: Proficiency in maintaining consistent and strategic follow-ups without being intrusive.
  • Organization and Pipeline Management: Ability to track leads, manage different stages of the sales process, and ensure no opportunities are missed.
  • Basic Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with essential tools such as CRM platforms, LinkedIn, and Google Sheets.
  • Experimental and Fast Learning Mindset: Willingness to try different approaches, measure results, and continuously improve performance.

Opportunity Details

This is an internship opportunity in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires 0-1 year of experience. The internship offers performance-based rewards with no cap (paid for qualified demos and commission on closed deals), real B2B sales experience, practical market learning, and flexible hybrid work setup. There may be an opportunity for full-time employment for outstanding performers, in addition to developing lifelong income-generating skills.
