About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in the PEB and Steel Field. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing sales activities including offers, negotiations, and documentation.
  • Contacting potential clients to introduce IBSF products.
  • Analyzing sales processes to identify opportunities and bottlenecks.
  • Regularly visiting clients to maintain relationships.
  • Resolving and following-up on customer complaints.
  • Tracking tenders and preparing project-specific documentation.
  • Proactively following up on leads and quotations.
  • Managing technical and commercial correspondence.
  • Negotiating contracts and pricing for profitability.
  • Achieving sales targets and contributing to company growth.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in PEB & Structural Steel sales.
  • Strong technical understanding of engineering concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for sales excellence.
  • Self-motivated team player.
  • Proficiency in MS software.
  • Fluent in English (speaking & writing).
