Sales Manager

About the Role

OMED Group is seeking a Sales Manager – ICT, ELV & Distribution to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires an experienced sales leader with a proven track record in the Saudi Arabian ICT and ELV markets, focusing on product distribution, channel development, and project sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Drive sales of ICT and ELV solutions, including structured cabling, fiber optics, networking, CCTV, access control, and UPS systems.
• Identify and secure new projects with contractors, system integrators, consultants, developers, and enterprise clients.
• Expand distribution channels and build relationships with resellers, dealers, and channel partners.
• Manage manufacturer and vendor relationships to develop business opportunities and competitive offers.
• Lead the sales team, set clear targets, and monitor performance.
• Manage tenders, quotations, pricing, negotiations, and contract closing.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports.
• Coordinate with technical, project, and finance teams to support delivery and payment collection.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant ICT/ELV sales experience, including experience leading a sales team.
• Proven experience in ICT/ELV distribution, channel sales, and project sales.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and an established network of clients and channel partners.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, acquiring new accounts, and winning projects.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and commercial skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
