Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve financial and performance objectives.

Drive customer service excellence and engage in new customer acquisition.

Qualifications:
We require candidates with:

At least 5 years of successful experience in sales and/or marketing.

Strong leadership and commercial skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
