Role Overview:
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving the adoption of RSA’s cybersecurity and identity solutions within key strategic accounts. Your focus will be on customers in the Banking, Telecom, Utilities, and Oil & Gas sectors—critical industries that demand the highest security standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the territory and strategic accounts to meet financial objectives.
  • Drive adoption of RSA’s Identity Security and Fraud Management solutions within regulated environments.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, including CISOs and CIOs.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles to deliver value-driven cybersecurity solutions.
  • Identify emerging trends and challenges within critical infrastructure organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver tailored solutions for customers.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of territory sales management experience.
  • Strong engagement with C-level executives and security leadership.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
