Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing relationships with strategic clients and government entities.
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction, improving beneficiary experience, and increasing customer retention rates.
  • Preparing and implementing relationship management strategies in line with the organization's goals.
  • Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure service quality and meet customer requirements.
  • Monitoring performance indicators, analyzing customer data, and proposing opportunities for improvement and development.
  • Supervising the use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and preparing periodic reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and policies.
  • Leading the team and developing its performance to achieve operational and strategic objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Technology or equivalent, a master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience of no less than 10 years in customer relationship management, account management, or strategic partnerships.
  • Experience in the technology sector or digital transformation is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • High leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
