About the Job
We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Adecco. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and closing ICT projects within both the government and private sectors.

Role Summary:
Your main objective will be to develop new business opportunities for ICT infrastructure and solutions while managing client accounts to ensure satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for ICT solutions.
  • Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver winning proposals.
  • Aim to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Engage in proactive selling to create demand and shape customer needs early in the sales cycle.
  • Present solutions to potential customers and interact with vendors for effective positioning.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of ICT sales experience with a system integrator in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, firewalls, and security.
  • Excellent negotiation and client management skills.
