We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our scaffolding initiatives and drive growth within this crucial segment.

Job Overview:
The Scaffolding Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding our market presence, managing vital client relationships, and driving sales growth in the construction equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage leasing of construction machinery and equipment in engineering projects.
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand market channels.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers.
  • Prepare technical quotations, manage tenders, and deliver customized solutions.
  • Ensure timely tracking of customer needs and follow up on rentals for reduced receivables.
  • Engage in company meetings and fulfill other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 6–7 years of experience in scaffolding or construction equipment sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of scaffolding systems and safety standards.
  • Proven skills in B2B sales and client management.
  • Experience preparing quotations and managing technical proposals.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
