Your Role:
- Lead a team of field sellers to formulate and execute strategies that drive revenue.
- Deeply understand customer needs and priorities through research.
- Actively engage in territory planning, development, and relationship management to drive revenue.
- Coach direct reports on strategies to drive closure and performance metrics.
- Mentor team members to foster a high-performance culture that meets business goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS-based architectures, ideally in networking/security industry.
- Proven leadership ability to create high-performing teams in a growing sales environment.
- Strong execution focus and track record of delivering revenue numbers while promoting team development.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing others internally and externally.
