The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the entire sales team, expanding the client base, and aligning the department's goals with the company’s growth roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the sales team to exceed revenue and growth targets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies across all regions.
- Drive business development by identifying new market opportunities and large-scale projects.
- Maintain and expand relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Oversee project pipelines, tenders, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and technical teams to meet client expectations.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to guide strategic decisions.
- Report directly to senior management with forecasts and strategic insights.
- Ensure optimal usage and reporting within our CRM/ERP system (Odoo).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive sales experience in the construction industry.
- At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong portfolio of expansion joint systems or related product lines.
- Deep knowledge of the Saudi construction market and a wide professional network.
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP tools (preferably Odoo).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
