About the Role
Bayut is the leading property portal in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, connecting millions of users and providing an optimal online search experience. As a part of the Dubizzle Group, Bayut collaborates with strong classifieds brands, collectively serving over 200 million monthly users who rely on our platforms.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This role is instrumental in driving sales success, developing strategic initiatives, and fostering strong client relationships. The Sales Manager will represent Bayut at industry events, showcasing our products and services to attract potential clients and partners, thereby establishing a robust market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the real estate market.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals to achieve peak performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders.
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
- Understand client requirements and effectively brief potential investors on the significance of properties.
- Implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team.
- Provide regular, comprehensive reports to senior management on sales progress, challenges, and emerging opportunities.
- Stay informed about current market trends, pricing strategies, and evolving customer preferences within the real estate sector.
- Utilize market research to develop effective sales strategies and ensure continued competitiveness.
- Personally manage key client accounts and handle complex negotiations to secure favorable outcomes.
- Assist the sales team in negotiating and closing high-value real estate transactions.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3 to 5 years of experience specifically within the Real Estate Industry or property sales.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the KSA real estate industry.
- Proven capability to analyze market trends, sales data, and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales performance tracking tools.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with business objectives.
- A strong aptitude for thriving in a dynamic and competitive real estate environment.
- A firm commitment to delivering exceptional service and building enduring client relationships.
- Fluency in English.
