Role Overview:
The Sales Manager will focus on generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving sales targets, specifically in the public sector. Experience with system integrators is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Generation & Expansion: Drive new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts in the financial or public sector.
  • Sales Targets & Pipeline Development: Ensure consistent achievement of sales and revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Offer Process Management: Lead the planning and implementation of the offer process.
  • Contract Negotiation: Organize and lead contract negotiations.
  • CRM & Pipeline Maintenance: Maintain accurate business opportunities and pipeline data in Atos' CRM system.
  • Market & Customer Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis and provide insightful reporting.
  • Campaign Participation: Drive awareness and generate new business opportunities.

Experience:
10-12 years in sales and business development within the IT sector, with a focus on project, solution, or product sales.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Skills Required:
  • Strong technical knowledge of information and communication technologies.
  • Ability to exceed sales targets and manage client engagements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Competence in bid management and proposal preparations.
