Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage Salesforce / CRM systems.
  • Conduct sales analytics and generate comprehensive reports.
  • Perform data analysis, utilizing advanced Excel skills.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Utilize and optimize forecasting tools.
  • Work with ERP systems.
  • Provide leadership and manage the sales operations team.
  • Engage in strategic planning for sales operations.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with other departments.
  • Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English.

Required Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in sales operations or a related field. A strong understanding of CRM administration, sales analytics, and data analysis is essential. Proficiency in Excel and experience with forecasting tools and ERP systems are required.
