About the Job:
The Sales Representative is responsible for expanding the customer base and increasing sales in the automotive sector by offering vehicles and related services, while building strong, long-term relationships with clients. This role collaborates directly with the sales and marketing team to ensure that sales targets are achieved, providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target new customers in the automotive market.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitors.
  • Coordinate with marketing and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and professionally resolve any issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and sales activities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
  • Commit to achieving monthly sales targets according to the approved sales plan.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive market and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license.

Job Specifics
The preferred locations for this role are Riyadh, Dammam, Jubail, and Qatif. Expect to travel at least four days a week to meet customers across Saudi Arabia, with one day at the 3M office or from home. This is a full-time remote position with a compensation package that includes 70% monthly base pay and 30% quarterly variable pay based on sales results. 3M provides an excellent allowance and benefits package.
