Education & Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant sales experience is required, along with a background that demonstrates strong commercial and analytical capabilities. This position necessitates a blend of sales expertise, customer service excellence, and industry knowledge to effectively represent Etihad and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with accounts to inform them about new products, services, and promotions, enhancing sales to meet targets.
- Establish rapport as a ‘trusted advisor’ to maintain long-lasting business relationships.
- Research and analyze market and competitor information to develop effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with global sales teams to identify the best practices for promoting our services.
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date customer data in Etihad’s CRM tool and complete necessary training to become a subject matter expert.
