Job Description:
Patterns Company is looking for an outstanding female employee to work as a saleswoman and gift coordinator, where she will be responsible for providing a unique shopping experience for customers through warm reception, assisting in product selection, and coordinating gifts in an attractive and professional manner, in addition to providing high-quality customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers and providing the necessary assistance
• Displaying products and explaining their features in an attractive manner
• Coordinating and wrapping gifts in an elegant and innovative style
• Providing suggestions to customers based on the occasion and budget
• Accurately managing sales operations (cashier)
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store and products
• Following up on customer orders and responding to their inquiries (in-person or via social media)
• Handling customer complaints professionally and finding appropriate solutions

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferably in the field of gifts or retail)
• High taste and artistic sense in gift coordination
• Excellent communication skills and good interaction with customers
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle work pressure
• Neat appearance and eloquence in speaking
• Commitment to punctuality and discipline

Additional Skills (Bonus Feature):

• Experience in creative wrapping or handicrafts
• Knowledge of using social media to respond to customers
• Ability to take simple product photos
