Job Purpose:
Increase the sales of airline tickets and travel services by efficiently handling customer inquiries, offering suitable travel options, and building strong client relationships to achieve set sales targets.

Job Purpose:
Increase the sales of airline tickets and travel services by efficiently handling customer inquiries, offering suitable travel options, and building strong client relationships to achieve set sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and present suitable flight and travel package options.
- Utilize GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre for making reservations.
- Prepare and distribute quotations and travel packages professionally.
- Follow up with customers to finalize sales and enhance conversion rates.
- Process payments, issue tickets, and ensure data accuracy.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients for retention and repeat business.
- Stay informed on airline promotions and changes.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Compile regular sales reports for management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities to boost sales.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism & Travel, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in airline, travel agency, or ticketing preferred.
- Hands-on experience with GDS reservation systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications.
