Join Ruqaqa Limited Company as a Sales Specialist!

Ruqaqa Limited Company, headquartered in the Al Olaya district of Riyadh, is a leader in providing advanced audio-visual solutions in Saudi Arabia. We are dedicated to designing, delivering, and integrating sophisticated audio-visual systems tailored to diverse client needs. We are currently looking for a Sales Specialist to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, referrals, and partner networks.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including discovery, needs analysis, solution design with presales/engineering, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Conduct client meetings, demos, and site visits to understand requirements and position Ruqaqa’s AV solutions and services effectively.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and ROI/TCO justifications while coordinating with technical teams for accurate scopes and BOMs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets including revenue, margin, new logos, as well as cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
  • Develop and manage key accounts to establish and reinforce long-term relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams.
  • Collaborate with presales, project delivery, and support to ensure smooth handovers, timely deliveries, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing to inform sales strategies and positioning.
  • Attend industry events and exhibitions to generate leads while supporting light marketing tasks such as preparing brochures and basic content as needed.
  • Utilize AI and productivity tools to streamline prospecting, research, and proposal drafting.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports detailing results, insights, and actionable recommendations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in audio-visual, ICT, ELV, or related solutions, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills; ability to collaborate with technical teams.
  • Familiarity with basic marketing and content tools for light support (*, brochures, simple visuals) is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of AI-based tools for prospecting, research, and content assistance is a plus.
  • Saudi nationality preferred.

Work Details:
  • Working hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
  • Location: Riyadh – Hybrid (on-site and remote), with regular travel for client meetings, site visits, and events.
