Algihaz Holding is seeking a dedicated Sales Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within the region.
Role Purpose and Contribution
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and cultivating strong client relationships. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction, contributing directly to the company's commercial objectives and market footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales in accordance with company policies.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events when required.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or a related role is preferred.
