Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and new business opportunities in target markets.
• Conduct lead generation activities and follow up with prospective clients.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documents.
• Maintain and update client databases and sales records using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Prepare sales reports, follow-up reports, and basic performance summaries.
• Communicate professionally with clients in Arabic and English.
• Support senior business development and sales team members in meetings and presentations.
• Conduct basic market research and collect relevant business data.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Preform any other duties as required by the line manager or the administration.

This role involves working directly with food products at Lilou Artisan Patisserie in Riyadh while delivering an exceptional sales and guest experience. The candidate understands that the position requires daily handling, presentation, and packaging of pastries, cakes, and other boutique items in full compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.

As a Sales Associate, you will assist guests in selecting products for their celebrations, recommend suitable options, and promote new and seasonal items. Building strong guest relationships and maintaining full knowledge of the Lilou brand, products, and services is essential to driving customer satisfaction and sales performance.

You are responsible for ensuring a seamless guest journey — from inquiry to payment and delivery — while upholding the premium service standards of Lilou Artisan Patisserie.

• Identify new opportunities for contracts in maintenance and operations for buildings and large corporations.
• Develop sustainable relationships with key owners and procurement managers in leading companies in Riyadh.
• Manage the qualification and registration process of our institution as an approved supplier for major enterprises and government entities.
• Represent the company professionally in financial negotiations and close contracts related to HVAC systems and escalators.

• Previous experience in the contracting and maintenance market with a specialty in HVAC systems and escalators.
• Comprehensive knowledge of supplier registration requirements for major companies and the ability to successfully complete qualification procedures.
• A valid driving license and thorough knowledge of key areas in Riyadh.
• Exceptional skills in persuasion and negotiation to achieve sales targets.
