Key Responsibilities:
  • Market and sell available properties at the project site.
  • Handle and respond to calls, messages, and inquiries related to the projects.
  • Provide advice and guidance to clients regarding available properties and complete sales transactions.
  • Commit to following up with potential clients.
  • Prepare daily reports.

Requirements:
  • Saudi nationality.
  • Residence in Riyadh.
  • At least 6 months of experience in real estate sales.
  • Previous experience in sales.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Seriousness, commitment, and credibility.

  • Strong B2B sales experience with proven results.
  • Familiarity with industries using Odoo (manufacturing, retail, etc.) is beneficial.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of independent sales pipeline management.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Nice to Have:
  • Experience in writing online content
  • Knowledge of Google Adwords
  • Strong analytical skills
