This role combines consultative selling, solution expertise, and executive-level engagement to position the company’s offerings as essential business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, target, and acquire key enterprise accounts through consultative selling.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including discovery, solution design, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture senior-level relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct executive presentations and solution demonstrations tailored to client priorities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by aligning solutions to client business objectives and pain points.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term account retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to tailor solutions and ensure successful implementation.
- Provide voice-of-customer insights to inform product enhancements and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with internal leadership to shape go-to-market strategies and pipeline development.
- Pipeline & Performance Management:
- Manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and data-driven forecasting.
- Prepare executive-level reports on sales performance, market feedback, and deal progression.
- Maintain disciplined sales processes, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 1-3+ years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, or strategic accounts.
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value.
- Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
