AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR A SALES SUPERVISOR AT ALEEN
As part of ALEEN's growth in the real estate sector, we are looking for talented individuals to join our sales team as a Sales Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily supervision of the real estate sales team's performance and guidance to ensure sales targets are achieved.
  • Monitor the implementation of approved sales plans and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Set and distribute goals and KPIs among team members, monitoring achievements regularly.
  • Follow up on leads and sales opportunities, supporting the team in closing deals to increase conversion rates.
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and suggest corrective actions to improve results.
  • Train and develop team members' sales and customer service skills.
  • Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and project departments to ensure product readiness and operational integration.
  • Submit periodic reports and recommendations to the Sales Manager regarding performance, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
  • Enhance customer experience and build long-term relationships to increase loyalty and achieve company targets.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a real estate sales supervisor.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, customer data management, and follow-up processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Full-time availability.
  • Ability to work towards monthly targets and foster teamwork.
