Secretary
Job Description
The executive secretary will provide high-level administrative support to the general manager and the executive management team of the group of companies. The job responsibilities include managing complex schedules, organizing and arranging meetings, preparing and following up on correspondence, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of executive processes. The ideal candidate is expected to have a high degree of organization and accuracy, and to be able to handle sensitive information with the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements
- GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
- Requires 2-5 Years experience
- Expert or Advanced in English
