Join Maaden as a Supervisor, Security

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Supervisor, Security to oversee our security personnel and ensure the effective implementation of our security protocols across facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Security Shift Controllers to implement an integrated security plan.
Maintain duty shift rosters for effective security coverage.
Monitor shift activities and investigate any security incidents or complaints.
Ensure all security staff are trained in standard operating procedures and emergency response procedures.
Supervise work carried out by Security Men, ensuring effective access control and surveillance.
Conduct regular security inspections, audits, and patrols to identify potential hazards.
Respond to security incidents and emergencies, following proper protocols.
Provide on-the-job training and guidance to security personnel.
Keep detailed records of all security activities and report significant incidents.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in any relevant discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of security experience in an industrial environment.
Advanced or medium level of verbal and written communication in English.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
