Join Our Team as a Sales Representative!
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to expand our outpatient medical laboratory services across Riyadh. As part of RADCARE, you will play a critical role in driving new business growth and building strong relationships with clinics and physicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow laboratory referral business by acquiring new clinics, physicians, and corporate accounts.
  • Conduct regular field visits to promote lab tests, packages, and home collection services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up to close deals.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service to ensure excellent client experience.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide sales reports.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Medical Laboratory, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of sales experience in healthcare (preferred: laboratory/diagnostics).
  • Strong network within Riyadh clinics and medical centers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid Saudi driving license.
  • English required; Arabic is an advantage.
