About the Opportunity

Auxo Talent is seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager Commercial Cards to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position focused on driving commercial growth and performance within an established credit card portfolio.

Role Overview

The Senior Portfolio Manager will be responsible for increasing customer spend, card utilization, engagement, and overall revenue. The role emphasizes maximizing the value of the existing cardholder base through data-driven portfolio strategies, targeted marketing campaigns, and customer lifecycle initiatives. Key objectives include activating dormant cards, increasing utilization, retaining valuable customers, and driving incremental revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase card spend, ENR, activation, utilization, and portfolio revenue.
• Drive increased spending among existing cardholders through targeted offers, campaigns, and engagement initiatives.
• Identify and reactivate dormant or low-usage customers while strengthening retention of existing high-value cardholders.
• Lead customer lifecycle and portfolio campaigns, from segmentation and targeting through execution and performance measurement.
• Analyze customer and portfolio data to identify opportunities for spend growth, retention, and improved card utilization.
• Develop initiatives around balance growth, installment usage, and other revenue-generating opportunities.
• Collaborate with merchants, partners, and internal stakeholders to create compelling cardholder propositions and promotional campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and portfolio KPIs, utilizing insights to continuously optimize results.
• Support portfolio financial performance, forecasting, and delivery against commercial targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• 8–10+ years of experience in credit card portfolio management, payments, banking, or financial services.
• Strong experience in card portfolio growth, spend management, and customer lifecycle strategies.
• Proven background in marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, activation, reactivation, and retention.
• Strong understanding of card portfolio KPIs including ENR, spend per card, activation, utilization, revenue, and retention.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Experience with merchant partnerships, e-commerce, cross-border payments, or loyalty programs is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management capabilities.
