About the Role
SAP is seeking a Senior Solution Sales Executive specializing in Customer Experience (CX) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is integral to assisting customers in modernizing their customer engagement strategies, unifying experiences, and driving revenue growth through SAP's CX suite. The position focuses on named existing and prospective accounts to maintain and expand their business with SAP, ensuring solutions are adopted and value is realized.
Role Overview
As a Senior Solution Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling a defined portfolio of SAP CX products and solutions across targeted lines of business or buying centers, including Marketing, Sales, Service, Commerce, and Customer Data. This position requires a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to influence requirements specifications, with the typical responsibility of carrying a sales quota.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the sales of SAP Customer Experience (CX) products and solutions within a designated portfolio.
- Support customers in modernizing their customer engagement strategies, unifying experiences, and achieving revenue growth.
- Ensure the successful adoption of SAP CX solutions and the realization of customer value.
- Maintain and expand business relationships with existing and prospective SAP customers.
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, influencing their requirements specifications.
- Deliver outcomes within assigned projects or areas of responsibility.
- Act as a senior expert on complex technical and business matters related to CX solutions.
- Engage in large, complex activities, applying expertise and professional knowledge to deliver high-quality results and technical solutions.
- Collaborate in the development of long-term strategic concepts for customer engagement.
- Potentially undertake team lead or supervisory responsibilities as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Demonstrated advanced technical or business skills and specialized knowledge in one or more areas relevant to Customer Experience solutions.
- Proven ability to cultivate and develop lasting customer relationships through a strong customer focus.
- Several years of experience in sales or a related field, with a track record of increasing responsibility.
- Ability to resolve complex issues independently within your specialist area, including cross-functional or cross-country projects.
- Capacity to work independently on topics, set priorities, and take sole responsibility for assigned areas.
- Capability to provide regular project status updates and relevant information.
- The ability to make decisions and propose solutions that can enhance current and future design and strategy.

Work Environment and Additional Information
This is a full-time, regular position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Expected travel is 0-10%.
