About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is developing a landmark destination focused on entertainment, culture, and hospitality in the Kingdom. The Hospitality Business Unit is creating a portfolio of hotel assets to support this vision. We are seeking experienced professionals to contribute to the delivery of these assets to high standards of design, guest experience, and commercial performance. This full-time role is based in Riyadh.

Role Context and Purpose

In this Senior Specialist Development position, you will support the end-to-end development of hospitality assets, from initial concept through to final delivery. You will collaborate with the project team across key workstreams, focusing on driving progress, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's overarching vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of hospitality assets from early-stage briefing through to delivery, handover, and operational readiness.
• Assist with feasibility studies and business planning to inform positioning, guest experience, and value creation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain alignment, ensure timely deliverables, and proactively identify risks and issues.
• Monitor progress against milestones and performance indicators, maintaining trackers and dashboards for clear visibility on status, risks, and actions.
• Support key asset decisions in alignment with project objectives.
• Track action items, ensuring timely closure and escalation when necessary.
• Support governance and decision-making processes through the preparation of reports, presentations, analysis, and briefing materials.
• Contribute to the improvement of working methods, coordination, and reporting practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in hospitality, real estate, or mixed-use developments.
• Demonstrated exposure to various stages of the development lifecycle, from feasibility through to delivery.
• Experience in project coordination roles.
• Experience working within cross-functional environments.

Work Environment and Context

This role is part of one of Saudi Arabia's significant city development projects. The position is full-time and based in Riyadh, contributing to the growth and realization of Qiddiya's hospitality vision.
