Service Delivery Manager (Cards & Payments)

About the Role

Synechron is seeking a Service Delivery Manager (Cards & Payments) for an immediate contract opportunity in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing the comprehensive service delivery for critical Cards & Payments applications and platforms, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end service delivery for Cards & Payments applications and platforms.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, business stakeholders, and technology teams.
• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), service governance, and operational excellence.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management activities for critical payment systems.
• Monitor production environments to ensure high availability of payment services.
• Coordinate with application support, infrastructure, vendor, and business teams to resolve issues effectively.
• Conduct service review meetings and present performance reports to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous service improvement initiatives and process optimization.
• Manage regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements related to payment operations.
• Support project transitions, releases, upgrades, and production deployments.

Required Experience

• Candidates must possess over 10 years of relevant experience in service delivery, specifically within Cards & Payments.
