Join Naqarat as a Social Media Specialist!
We are looking for a creative and knowledgeable Social Media Specialist with strong experience in account management, content writing, and performance analysis.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Implement a clear Strategic Plan with objectives linked to KPIs.
  • Manage social media accounts (Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn).
  • Create creative content aligned with the brand identity.
  • Develop and execute a monthly content plan.
  • Monitor trends and leverage them in a way that serves the business.
  • Analyze content and campaign performance using analytics tools (Insights, Analytics).
  • Optimize results based on data and reports.
  • Engage with the audience and respond to messages and comments professionally.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to achieve the best results.

Required Skills:
  • Experience in content writing (Copywriting & Content Creation).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to read and interpret data and reports.
  • Experience managing social media accounts and platforms.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Creativity and the ability to propose new ideas.
  • Knowledge of paid advertising basics (an added advantage).
